Als Senior Quality Manager verantwortete ich die begleitende Projektsteuerung ebenso wie die Koordination eines internationalen Konsulent:innen-Teams: den gesamten Hotelumbau verantwortete das Wiener Büro HNP, Innenraum- und Lichtplanung kam von einem Londoner Büro, die Serviced Apartments plante ein kleineres Wiener Büro. Eine Studie zur Außenbeleuchtung inszeniert die historische Fassadengliederung bei Nacht.

A listed courthouse becomes a luxury hotel for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group — an ongoing dialogue between historic fabric and international ambition that shaped the project. As Senior Quality Manager, I was responsible for accompanying project coordination as well as directing an international team of consultants: the overall hotel conversion was led by Vienna-based HNP, interior and lighting design came from a London office, and the serviced apartments were designed by a smaller Vienna practice. An exterior lighting study stages the historic façade articulation at night.
